Shipping & Returns

Please ensure that you contact Manuva Climbing Ltd. before returning any product. Once we have been contacted, we will provide full return instructions. Contact us at: info@manuvaclimbing.com

All return and exchange requests must be made to Manuva Climbing Ltd. within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned products must be in “like new” and “unused” condition in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Ensure that you include contact information and a tracking number with the return package. 

If a returned package is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the returned package as ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any Customs or related charges.

Manuva Climbing Ltd. is not responsible for any return Customs or related charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds can take up to 15 business days to complete from the date of issuance.

For shipments returned to Manuva Climbing Ltd. due to incorrect or incomplete address information (as provided by the customer), original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-send items will apply.

For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason, or for shipments returned to Manuva Climbing Ltd. for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Warranty Policy

The Manuva Board, including any accessories included in the original packaging, is warranted by Manuva Climbing Ltd. against defects in material and workmanship under normal and non-commercial use, for a period of three (3) months from the original purchase date (“Warranty”). This Warranty is not transferable and is only available to the original purchaser. During this period, Manuva Climbing Ltd.’s sole obligation under this Warranty is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Manuva Climbing Ltd.’s sole discretion.

In the event of any defects, please contact Manuva Climbing Ltd. at info@manuvaclimbing.com for assistance. To receive Warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Manuva ClimbingLtd., for defect determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt, invoice, or bill of sale evidencing that the part or product is within the applicable Warranty period, must be presented to Manuva Climbing Ltd. to obtain the requested service. This Warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges or expenses and these must be paid by the purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty only covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal, non-commercial use of the Manuva Board (and any accessories included in the original packaging) and only for the duration set forth above. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering, failure to follow directions, consumer delivery, installation, set-up, or adjustments, improper maintenance or repair, cosmetic damage or damage due to any acts of nature, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, tampering, material alteration, commercial use or modification of or to any part(s) of the product. No other warranty or warranties beyond that specifically set forth herein is authorised by Manuva Climbing Ltd.
